Typingram.in grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and utilize our online tools—including the Kruti Dev to Unicode converter, Unicode to Kruti Dev converter, Indic Input Tool, Remington Alt Codes table, and Voice Typing studio—for personal, educational, examination preparation, and commercial document drafting purposes.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the source code or proprietary mapping algorithms of the platform for the purpose of creating a competing service.
• Use automated bots, spiders, or scripts to overload, disrupt, or impair the proper working of the website infrastructure.
• Circumvent or tamper with any advertising banners or security measures implemented on the website.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual design, custom icons, educational articles, comparison tables, and branding on Typingram.in are the intellectual property of Mahesh Choudhary and Typingram.in, protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Third-party font trademarks (such as Kruti Dev, DevLys, and PageMaker) are referenced purely for informational, descriptive, and educational identification purposes under fair use doctrine.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Typingram.in provides its font conversion engines and educational resources on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we take meticulous measures to ensure 100% typographical accuracy, font rendering differences across operating systems or software suites (such as Adobe PageMaker or CorelDraw) may occasionally produce variations.

In no event shall Typingram.in, its founder Mahesh Choudhary, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our tools, including but not limited to loss of data, examination disqualification, or business interruptions.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or controversy arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
